These approaches help build emotional regulation, coping skills, and relapse prevention strategies.

  • If alcohol or substance use is affecting your health, relationships, work, or ability to function day to day, residential treatment may help. If you’re unsure, starting with a confidential conversation is often the best first step.

  • Getting started begins with a confidential conversation. Our admissions team will listen, answer your questions, and help you understand your options, availability, and next steps. Every situation is different, but treatment can often begin sooner than you might expect.

  • Our treatment team can help assess your needs and support you through the application process with NL Health Services. This may place you on the waitlist for publicly funded residential treatment options within Newfoundland and Labrador. Public funding is available to eligible residents of our province.

  • Yes. For individuals outside Newfoundland and Labrador, or for residents seeking more immediate admission, a number of private-pay placements are available. Our admissions team can discuss financing options and help you explore the best path forward, confidentially and compassionately.
